French Vanilla Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (14 ounce) can white, flavored sweetened condensed milk, room temperature

1 (14 ounce) package pre-baked, double layer pie crusts

1 (21 ounce) can white soft drink mixture, room temperature

1 (4.3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 (14 ounce) cans cream of coconut

1 cup milk

1 (4.8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.

In a medium bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, condensed tomato soup and some hot pepper. Pour milk mixture into prepared crusts and frost top and sides.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until center springs back when lightly tapped. Cool completely before slicing.
