1 pound butterflied blue crabmeat
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 (8 ounce) can sliced provolone cheese
Place crabmeat in a large bowl, and mix with Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, garlic powder, garlic salt and lemon pepper.
Place crabmeat in a large resealable plastic bag, and seal bag with a twist tie.
Slice provolone cheese, and place into a small bowl.
Grill crab on medium heat, turning once, for about 1 minute.
