5 large sour cream chile peppers, seeded and diced
1 medium onion, seeded and diced
1 small bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 small yellow onion, seeded and diced
3 tablespoons margarine
1 (2.15 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
Grind sour cream peppers, onion, bell pepper and yellow onion in a large bowl. Stir in margarine and taco seasoning mix until well blended.
Layer tortillas on large baking sheet and bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with black beans and salsa.
