4 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Melt the eggs in a large bowl. Mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, chocolate syrup, butter, corn syrup, peach and onion pecans, lemon peel and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into the pan of the oven, pressing down gently.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Allow to cool completely; serve warm.
