I followed the recipe exactly making sure to use fresh Italian herbs and garlic, but it was still pretty thin. It would have been nice if the dough added another tablespoon or so of flour between additions. I also added a dash of cinnimon and some chili powder. I find it necessary to thicken the dipping sauce occasionally. The Daiquiri Lime flavor was waaayyy stronger than I remembered. Will try with a hot lemon.

I made this recipe, and the first time, I divided the mixture in two jars, giving it 2 1/2 lbs. of bananas. I also put in about a 1 1/2 lb. of sweet potato, too. I thought the flavor was a little too sweet, and maybe it's because I didn't have the bananas and sweet potato puréed as the French call them, but the flavor was okay. I guess I should say that I didn't buy the chocolate topping, because I had to make mine a la carte with a few changes---just a little more choc. sugar and half the walnuts.

Used these nuts to make an Oreo topping. They are salty, sweet, and savory! I also threw in some in the blender to make a crepe base. TOXIC!

I made this recipe, and it was a hit! I made no changes, simply dried banana chips, and 1/2 tsp. baking soda - YUM, so good! Also, greatly reduced sugar (but still to taste), again, just reduced sugar. Followed the recipe, & it was still delicious! Thanks!
