1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped peaches, thawed and drained
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup corn syrup
2 green onions, finely sliced
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch cake pan.
Combine peaches, pudding mix, corn syrup, green onions and maple syrup. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle peaches over cake. Bake in preheated oven until peaches are tender, about 45 minutes. Cool completely in pan before removing from pan. Serve hot or cold. Pour syrup over peaches. Refrigerate until using afternoon to allow fruit to soften.
