4 egg yolks
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl combine thawed frozen eggs and sugar. Mix together, and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, and raisins. Finally, spread evenly over the egg mixture, and sprinkle with the coriareño.
Bake in 15x15x2 baking dish according to package instructions. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
