1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (13 ounce) can nonfat plain yogurt
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
Spread confectioners' sugar evenly on the bottom of pastry crust. Discard remaining dough. Press mixture evenly into bottom and sides of pastry prepared cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line pastry pan with paper towels.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, and pudding mix until smooth. Pour mixture over cream cheese layer and press everything down to coat well. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 teaspoon of powdered sugar. Press further down remaining mixture and press thickness in all directions.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely before serving.
