3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 dash seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 ears chicken
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 medium sausage, cooked
1 large tomato, diced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup cooked spaghetti
In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, sage, thyme, rosemary, pepper, seasoning salt, basil, parsley, chicken, onion and spaghetti; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
