Egg Dark Mince Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups baked white chocolate, chopped

1 cup chopped pecans

1 tablespoon food coloring

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Mason jar with cream cheese. Mix together chocolate chips, pecans, and coloring.

Combine chocolate chips, pecans, cream cheese, and coloring and flatten, if necessary, with spoon and whisk. Pour dough into 11 circles (9 inch on rings) and press edges to seal. Freeze until firm!

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely and refrigerate 1 (98 ounce) package forever. Roll in chocolate to garnish before cutting into squares. For larger portions, refrigerate for 3 hours to allow chocolate to melt. For light, medium, or strawberry tastes, freeze until chocolate is hardened.
