Mango Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 (30 ounce) can mango slices

1 (3 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup apple juice

2 tablespoons mango liqueur

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 teaspoon banana zest

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round baking dishes (large baking dishes work best).

In a large bowl, mix mango slices, yellow cake mix, sugar, apple juice, mango liqueur, pineapple juice, banana zest, milk, oil, pineapple bits, mango bits, mango bits, mango bits, mango bits, pineapple bits, mango bits and pineapple bits.
