Nacho-Style Guacamelee Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

3 tablespoons margarine or margarine, melted

1 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

3 packs salsa

2 green onions, cut into 1/2 inch strips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a blender combine spinach, margarine, water, salt, paprika, garlic powder, salsa and green onions. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Shape mixture into balls or even rolls.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold.
