1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 cups milk
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a large bowl, mix the basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Remove any clumps and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the milk and cheese. Mix this mixture into the basil mixture. Mix well and pour into a loaf pan.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, add the bread mixture and stir to coat. Bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and add the bread mixture. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
This is the best lobster I have had. Scrumptious and perfectly cooked under the broiler.
