4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (8 ounce) package linguine cheese
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place chicken breasts in large bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the linguine for another use. In a medium bowl, mix linguine cheese and salt until well blended. Stir in pepper and stir until sauce is smooth.
Place the chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon of linguine cheese and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour.
