Gravy Bolognese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup dry bread crumbs

3/4 cup butter, cut off an inch or more

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 pound meat message

salt and pepper to taste

1 (8 ounce) package Marbled Tomatoes - cut into 3/4 inch cubes

1/2 cup Oz. heavy cream

1/4 cup sour cream

lime wedges

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and lightly grease a non-stick baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix and combine bread crumbs, butter, Parmesan cheese, onion, olive oil, garlic, meat message and salt and pepper.

Transfer mixture to pan, and stir in tomatoes. Heat over low heat until mixture reaches desired consistency. Stir in meat, and simmer, uncovered, on low for 20 minutes.
