1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup apple cider vinegar
In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix and milk. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, then beat in whipped cream. Beat the orange juice and sliced almonds into the pudding mixture. Mix in the apple cider vinegar and store in refrigerator.
Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
