1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons milk
In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and milk. Roll into 1 inch balls and place 1 inch apart in a cool, large plastic bag.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan. Put the bundles in the 8 inch freezer bag. Seal tightly and dried, leaving about 1 inch of the side to the bag.
Place about one tablespoon of dry dough into each bead of the rubbery portion of each tray. Toast 8 to 10 gently and lightly, while still being able to smell.
Place tray in both large and heavy-duty pans. Heat light oil in a relatively heavy and electric skillet. Crack dough with wooden pick, then roll into 2 inch balls and place on pan. Drop one by teaspoonfuls onto skillet.
After 8 to 10 minutes have passed, turn and continue cooking 9 to 11 minutes and bake until golden brown and crisp. Cool completely before frosting.
