1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup crushed tomato paste
3/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup onion juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 (8 ounce) can tuna steaks
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
Place onion, garlic, tomato paste, wine, tomato paste, lemon juice, onion juice and lemon zest in large bowl. Mix well. Microwave at medium high (over medium heat) until well blended. Stir in tuna steaks, cheese, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
Place steaks in steaks, and heat through.
