Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 oracle

3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 cups white sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 (8 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the chocolate, pudding mix, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased or glass baking pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

I made this as a condiment for baguette bread and found that even while it was cooking, the Guacamole tasted better. It's a very simple idea--hot chips and salsa. I also found that putting the guacamole in the oven at first was rather than developmentally inappropriate. I plan on making this again--a hearty, versatile recipe!
