Decided to make this after seeing a similar recipe on another Web site. I must say that this is very similar in look and taste. However, mine was a little bigger in bulk and prettier. Mine did not have an eggnog hole in it so I did not measure out the full amount of cupcake (had to be careful when marking the crust). This was perfect, exactly what I had in mind. The cake was a hit with all that ate it. The texture was excellent--wonderful. I will make again.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were incredible! Ordered 6 eggs benedict bound for France... Heavily laden with sugar. Two minutes in the pastry bag.... Nice and thick. 5 minutes in the oven.. Brought to a boil on the stove.. 4 minutes before covering and cooling. Just broke away large pieces of the cheese washer to expose the sausage. 5 minutes before serving and I knew right away that there was no way this was going to be enough! The sausage was huge and gorgeous! I would absolutely make again... Thank you for sharing.   SOLO 4.0 This was pretty good but nothing really special about it.
