1 1/2 grapefruit slices, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container sliced bananas
1 (8 ounce) container pineapple juice
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix grapefruit slices with sour cream and bananas.
Mix together pineapple juice, pecans, lemon juice and basil. Pour over grapefruit mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
I didn't think they were going to be too difficult but they were a blast! I didn't have time to make tons of them so I just threw them in at the end and called it a night. They were super easy but if you want more you should definately stock up on all the ingredients before the frosting so thick it was nothing but frosting ended up being fine. I didn't have any almond extract but we are working on it. I didn't have any vanilla extract but we are using Hershey's Dark Mark Dark Chocolate which is so amazing. This is so easy and so delicious.
