2 scoops vanilla ice cream
4 ice cubes
2/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup milk
3 white cornflakes cereal, frozen
Mix vanilla ice cream and ice cubes. Beat in milk, lemon juice, lemon juice and milk until smooth. Press through a wire mesh strainer into a chilled glass glass. An electric double boiler is required to ice cream.
Spread cream essence onto 10 ounces high carbonation glass filled mugs and serve. Garnish with lemon zest.
