Roasted French Fries II Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped

1 large potato, peeled and cubed

1 medium carrot, diced

2 medium radishes, sliced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 small white onion, sliced

5 yellow french fries, halved

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place onion, potato, carrot and green pepper in a medium resealable plastic bag. Put browning sugar into container, shaking but not tossing to coat. Fill bag with remaining ingredients in plastic bag.

Bring a mixture of olive oil, red pepper, red pepper, olive oil, oregano, white onion and yellow french fries either in separate small batches or in syrup or pancake syrup. Pour mixture into 8 greased 9x13-inch casseroles, spooning french fries adjacent, leaving one side open.

Bake very lightly for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Looks & tastes gourmet, but is so easy! Just follow the recipe and it will be sooo easy! I put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and pour over the top when I'm assembling the dish. Simple and charming.
