2 cups heavy cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup champagne
1 cup water
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff. Beat egg, then mix in Worcestershire sauce, Italian dressing and lemon juice. Mix in the champagne and water. Pour into a 1 quart jelly jar.
Pour balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and pour over cream mixture. Refrigerate until set.
