1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 cup white sugar
1 (10 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
6 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate confectioners' coating
Prepare and bake white cake mix according to package instructions for a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the white cake mix, white sugar, pudding mix and eggs. Beat in the broken up nuts, 1/2 cup of the milk, and remaining milk. Pour into prepared pan.
Cover with greased foil and refrigerate for 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare the confectioners' coating by stirring together the confectioners' sugar and cornstarch. Dip prepared cakes in the frosting , and then serve covered.
