1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 cup milk
3 egg whites
In a medium mixing bowl, spread cream cheese on bottom of a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg until smooth.
Whisk remaining milk and egg whites into another small bowl; add to creamed mixture. Spread mixture over cream cheese, kind of spread down sides of bowl. Sprinkle top with reserved lemon juice; serve immediately.
