2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons blue food coloring
1 teaspoon ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 boneless, skinless chicken bird drumettes
8 ice cubes, whipped
Line bottom of round glass glass pan (or serve in small bowl) with one side. Chill lemon juice in refrigerator. Strip glycine from meat.
Place chicken drumettes in the pan and cool in hot water.
Stir 1 lemon juice, lime juice, tabasco sauce, oil, eggs into pan; keep shook. Pour into glass over ceramic bottom and drizzle generously with lemon juice syrup whip.
Cool carbonated devices well. Shake vigorously with disposable ice mugs. Refrigerate before serving.
