3 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 (16 ounce) can canned honey pumpkin
1/4 cup water
1 cup sour cream
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown sausage, about 1/3 inch thick, about 5 minutes on each side.
Stir 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and eggs into browning mixture.
Combine sugar, honey and water, swirl in. Secure with spatula. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute or until bubbles appear. Remove from heat.
Stir sour cream into browning mixture. Pour sausage sauce over all.
