1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
6 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange marmalade
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple with juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, milk and cream. Mix thoroughly.
Form mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan by placing a pan of large sheet metal on bottom and covering with pastry.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until browned. Cool slightly and frost with orange juice, orange marmalade and pineapple.
