1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cups boiling water
1 cup orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups hot milk
1 small carrot, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 small onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 orange slice
In a large bowl, mix pineapple, boiling water, orange juice concentrate, milk and orange slice. Stir all ingredients well to mix.
Pour mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 2 inch tip. Fill leaves with remaining gelatin and drizzle with pineapple juice. Chill in refrigerator (8 hours) or overnight to allow gelatin to harden.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, stir together gelatin and orange juice concentrate. Store in refrigerator to completely harden.
