2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 1/2 tablespoons dried currants
2 tablespoons blueberries
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, currants, blueberries, parsley, thyme, salt, horseradish, pepper and olive oil. Chill before serving.
Good basic recipe. I used transitional fruits (lemongrass, strawberries, cranberries) and still added berries. I measured out that murrey I used was 1/2 lb. Helps allay any fears people may have about how to prepare it. Best way I roll it into 8 pieces is by hand so its a little dicier.
