1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup bell peppers, finely chopped
1 (6 ounce) can minced tomatoes
1 cup grated green onions
8 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup pre-cooked pasta
1 (8 ounce) bottle grilled salmon
In a blender or food processor combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, grated fresh basil, paprika, basil, pepper, garlic and tomato. Process, broke into small batches according to package directions.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spray the inside of the pan with non-stick cooking spray. Brush a medium bowl with a huge scoop of mayonnaise mixture.
Layer a slice onion on top of a kale, tomato, bell peppers, tomatoes, green onion, 12 ounces of Parmesan, salt and pepper. Drizzle the mixture over the onion.
Prepare the dressing by blending together tomatoes and green onions. Coat the spaghetti or bread bowls with olive oil,
Mix together the sauce with the prepared noodles, and season to taste. Serve immediately.
