2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped cooked black and white corn
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. Stir in corn.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 70 to 75 minutes in the preheated oven.
