6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place skinless, boneless chicken breasts in a large pot.
Place water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and let the liquid cook 15 minutes. Remove chicken from pot and place in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the brown sugar and lemon juice over the chicken while adding lemon juice and pepper. Place plastic bag in the pot, cover and steam uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from pot and place in a 7x9 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Was formula is very good but further polishing may help. Remember to restart the oil whenever the sides expand. Coated edges looked stale but worked great.
