1 plum tomato, seeded and thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 (10 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (5 ounce) can minced clams, drained
1 large tomato, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups Italian-style salad dressing
1 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
salt to taste
1 tablespoon water
Slice tomato halves horizontally and scoop out seeds. Stir in tomatoes and onion.
Pick up green tomato slices and add to tomato mixture.
Stir tomatoes and onion into tomato mixture and toss to coat.
