1/2 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 pint shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup fresh Italian cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Place garlic, onion, celery and garlic pepper in a large roasting pan. Cover and place roasting pan in oven. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 3 to 4 hours. (You may want to preheat the oven if you're adding cream cheese or cheese sauce.)
Place garlic cream in serving dishes. Spread cheese on top of garlic cream and cheese and place over oven. Bake an additional hour, turning oven off, or until cheese has melted. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake from 35 to 40 minutes. When serving, put knife in center of pie and turn to coat lightly with sauce using arms of pastry sheet. Serve after cream cheese is melted.
