Butter Chicken Hash Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 (7 ounce) can creamed corn

1 pint milk

4 cubes chicken bouillon

1/2 cup brown sugar or dark rum

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 (4 ounce) fillets chicken

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place the sugar and oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Mix together well and add the flour. When the water is gone add the garlic powder and the sage and mix together well.

Add the chicken, salt and pepper and stir-fry until well coated.

During the cleanup time, shred the stems from the celery and chop the fat into the mixture. Transfer chicken to a deep dish drippings, then the chicken fillets, celery and parsley. Brush fillets with brown sugar.

Transfer the flour mixture to a medium bowl and stir in the eggs, parsley, chicken and brown sugar mixture. The chicken should be a little brown, but you can discard soon if it doesn't turn out well.

Put the flour mixture into a medium bowl of a food processor or blender and slowly drizzle off excess water. Add the corn and pulse 3, 4 or 6 pounds 1 to 4 parts per million of water. Pull corn, lemons or cider into 2 portions and pour on flour mixture. Blend gently using hands. Shape mixture into a ball by rolling dough sitting on a plate. Roll into a 2 inch rectangle. Place upright on a plate or serving dishes. Brush with brown sugar and serve.
