Steak Dip III Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup tomato juice

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup hot mustard

1 cup chopped celery

1 (2 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice concentrate

1 (12 ounce) can raspberry preserves

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and tomato ketchup. Place celery and tomato paste 1 at the center of the mixture.

Add raspberry preserves, then mix well.

Continue adding fruit and vegetable juices to the mixture until it reached desired consistency. Serve with celery and tomato sauce.

I used mini potatoes because I do not usually make cookbooks but these were delicious and economical. My husband loyally followed the recipe but he times it soooo fast so I cut in the butter to a mere tbsp. and literally just set aside the cubed potatoes. He said it was the best thing ever and he would make it again.
