1/2 cup melted butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup chopped roasted garlic
1 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Microwave butter oil and milk in large, nonporous dish or pot until butter just begins to boil, or just until browned. Mix bread crumbs, salt, paprika and garlic; pour 1 cup of mixture, then wet the other side of the bread pan.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the bread crumbs are light brown. Stir in wine, 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Discard grains; cook until mixture thickens.
