2 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 honey-roasted marshmallows
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate syrup
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, corn syrup, egg and vanilla until smooth. Stir in marshmallows and marshmallows. Mix in remaining sugar, vanilla, marshmallows and chocolate syrup. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
