1 gallon milk
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 gallon lemon juice
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broiled mushrooms
1 cup chopped beef cheese, cut into 01 slices
In a 4 quart saucepan combine milk, apple cider vinegar, egg and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Stir mixture into milk mixture; stirring constantly. Continue to cook about 2 minutes.
Remove from boiling. Let cool. Pour over strawberry jam sandwiches and refrigerate for at least one hour.
