1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 (26 ounce) can marshmallow creme
Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat sugar, butter and vanilla into cream cheese until smooth. Fold in corn syrup; pour into a greased 9-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish. Sprinkle marshmallow creme over cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean. Cool immediately before cutting into squares. Store in refrigerator.
