1 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
In a large bowl, mix together the onion, celery, bell pepper, green bell pepper, celery, bell pepper, celery, bell pepper, celery, bell pepper, celery and green pepper.
Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute green pepper and onion in olive oil 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the salt, basil, Italian-style seasoning and salt and pepper flakes. Pour mixture over the pork and vegetables and toss to coat.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, turning every 10 minutes, or until pork and vegetables are tender.
