1 3/4 cups milk
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (14.5 ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled
1 cup chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, mix together milk, sugar, egg, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon zest, lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat until well blended. Stir peach mixture into cold milk mixture until fully combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden brown.
