1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh celery
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, onions, celery, tomatoes with green chile peppers, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and water. Mix well. Serve immediately.
