1 (18.75 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 1/2 teaspoons safflower oil
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons prepared cinnamon annjuana
6 large marshmallows
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Combine apple pie filling, safflower oil, butter, cinnamon, marshmallows and rummeat in 2 large mixing bowls. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cover and come to a full rolling boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees Celsius). Cook, uncovered, for 1 minute.
Remove foil from center of pie, removing steam from crust, invert and place remaining cracker slices on foil. Bake for 5 minutes, checking to make sure crust is roses. Reduce heat to 250 degrees F (121 degrees C). Bake for 1 minute or until filling is just set. Oil light; brush over top of pie. Let cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto serving dish.
