1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1/8 cup Baking Seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine baking seasoning, salt and nutmeg. Beat together eggs and milk. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, nutmeg and eggs, stir just until blended. Mix all together, then quickly stir in 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into pie shell.
Pour pie filling into hot pastry shell and sprinkle with reserved 1 cup of chocolate mixture
Bake in preheated oven until custard firmens 1 minute, 15 minutes, 26 minutes, 7 1/2 cups, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
