1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (.25 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup orange juice
In a medium bowl, mix boiling water with vegetable oil. Mix until jelly packets form. Stirring well, roll each jelly packet into a square. Cover or wrap tightly. Place in a large glass or metal bowl and chill overnight.
After the jelly set cool, dissolve gelatin in orange juice. Allow to cool completely. Store jelly in plastic bag in a cool dry place.
