1 egg, beaten
1 cup orange juice
2 small orange zucchinis
2 large lemons, cut into shards
1 cup frozen white grapes, thawed and drained
red wine vinegar
garlic powder to taste
Let egg paste cool. Combine egg, juice and fruit juice in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, then reduce temperature to low and simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes. While stirring, add grape juice.
Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for another 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar. Heat through, then serve over hot cooked egg and fruit.
