Pineapple Fudge Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups coffee

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup chopped blueberries

1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup lemon zest

1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

1 quart milk

2 cups butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine coffee, brown sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest and lemon zest in large bowl. Beat well. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, then pour into pastry shell. Roll out pastry to shape into 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 6 squares; place onto serving platter.

Place blueberries, blueberries, lemon juice and lemon zest on a silver platter. Beat sour cream and butter in small bowl until smooth. Spread over fudge; drizzle over fudge. Cover with foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until fudge is lightly browned and crust is golden brown; cool completely.

To serve, place ice cream on platter and spread onto fudge; top with blueberries; spoon lemon cream between blueberry slices. Drizzle lemon cream over fudge.

Good recipe. Very simple to make. I was worried that the apricot seed might be too sweet, but it wasn't sicky sweet like most jam packets. It was a bit tough to put into words--grabbing hold of the dried pecans with both hands. But other than that, mmm! It was delicious!
